Electricity and water included.  Welcome pack and additional maid service can be arranged at extra cost.  Discount on 2 week rental outside July/August.  Cot, highchair or extra beds can be arranged at minimal cost.

Changeover Day

Preferred Saturday/Sunday.  Arrival 2pm/3pm.  Departing 10am.  During July/August (peak time) Saturday or Sunday changeover preferred. 

Outside

The complex consists of a heated indoor pool with hot tub/sauna, an outdoor pool and children's paddling pool.  There are also floodlit tennis courts, a health beauty centre, gymnasium, gourmet restaurants and bars.

Balcony with sun loungers, table and chairs. Access to apartment by easy walk way (no steps).

Beach

Alvor beach is approx 10 minutes walk and has about 3 miles of sand, also available to apartment clients are beach sun loungers with parasol at the Alvor beach shown in clients information book on arrival.

Distance to shops

Alvor town a 10 minute walk and the supermarket a 5 minutes walk

The Alto Pestana golf course is 2 km from the resort, designed by Sir Henry Cotton.  Golf packages can be arranged including tee times at all the Pestana courses.

Directions

Faro airport is 45 minutes drive.  We can arrange car hire and a taxi service if required.

To find the apartment , at the mini roundabout before reception go up the hill and at the T junction turn left. Your apartment is on the right at the head of the cul de sac.

Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with twin beds, large fitted wardrobes and 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom (single fold down beds available at extra price).
Bathrooms: Two bathrooms, one ensuite fully fitted with bath, shower, bidet and wc (off bedroom). 2nd bathroom with shower, wc & hand basin
Kitchen: Fully fitted with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven and frige/freezer.
Living Rooms: Lounge with dining table and 6 chairs, 2/3 seater settee with matching armchairs, satelite TV, leading to balcony with table & chairs and sun loungers.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Towels and linen are provided including bath/pool and hand towels, all changed weekly. Please bring your own beach towels. Maid service once weekly towels supplied for mid-week change and end of week complete linen change and clean.
