The front of the apartment overlooks the Alto Golf Club driving range. It is a 15 minute walk to Vau where there are many restaurants. Shared use of quiet pool which is close to the apartment block.
A Car or Taxi required to get to Alvor or Praia da Rocha where there are numerous bars and restaurants.

Conditions
Prices in GBP to include electricity and water, maid service, linen and towel change weekly.
£150 deposit per week on booking, balance due 10 weeks before departure.
Cot, highchair or extra bed can be arranged at minimal cost.

Note: Prices for 2 persons, used as a one bedroom apartment only, reductions available.
Changeover Day
Flexible arrival and departure days. Arrival 2pm to 3pm - departure 10am, negotiable if no prior bookings.

Shared use of quiet pool is next to apartment block.

The Alto Pestana Golf Course was designed by Sir Henry Cotton. The attached bungalow is next to the practice ground at the golf course and golf packages can be arranged including tee times at all the Pestana course.

Directions
Faro airport is a 45 minutes journey.
From Alvor drive to Portimao past the Repsol Garage, following the sign posts for Alto Golf, drive past the roundabout at the Golf Course and turn right at the next roundabout, the apartment block is the first turning on the right.

Bathrooms: Two bathrooms. En-suite bathroom fully fitted with bath, shower, bidet and wc (off bedroom). 2nd bathroom with shower, wc, bidet & hand basin.
Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven and fridge/freezer.
Living Rooms: Lounge with dining table and 6 chairs, 3 seater settee (converts into double bed) with matching 2 seater settee, satellite flat screen TV with radio/dvd and surround sound leading to balcony with wooden table & chairs & sun loungers.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Towels and linen are provided including bath/pool towels, all changed weekly. Please bring your own beach towels.
