Prices are for property per week in UK pounds.  £100 deposit on booking, balance due 6 weeks before departure.  A security deposit via an apartment representative will be required and returned after property inspection and return of the security cards (details will be sent on booking).  Electricity and water included. Welcome pack and additional maid service can be arranged at extra cost.
Prices outside July & August 2011 have 10% reduction

Accessibility

SECURITY: The apartment is accessible only by gate switch card and the keys are in a coded box.  The security card and key code will be supplied on arrival.
Note:  Security card must be left in apartment on departure, failure to do this will result in clients being charged for replacements.  (Security deposit required, refundable when card/key etc returned).

Change over day

Preferred Saturdays arrivals 3pm departures 10am.
During July/August (peak time) change over day must be Saturday or Sunday.
Outside peak time change over day can be negotiable

Very large balcony table and 4 chairs, sunbeds.  South facing with sea views and West facing balcony view of harbour.  Outdoor dip pool.  The site has underground car parking with secure key entrance and lockable cupboard for golf clubs, pushchairs etc.

Faro airport is 70 km about 45/60 minutes drive, mostly motorway.  Car hire is advisable but not essential with the availability of taxis and bus service.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: All linen and bathroom/pool towels are provided (except beach towels). Maid service once weekly to include towels for mid-week change and end of week complete linen change & clean.
