3 MINS BEACH, ONSITE POOLS & RESTAURANTS. SLEEPS 2/4 - 1 BEDROOM The mature Prainha complex lies just outside Alvor. Apartments are limited to 2 storeys, separated by cobbled alleyways, squares and well-tended lawns.
The property is on the upper floor with twin bedroom (air conditioning), spacious living/dining room with 2 sofa beds (suitable for children only), bathroom and new well-equipped kitchen. The large private roof terrace overlooks the sea and catches the sun all day. The beach is a few mins walk. The sandy beaches sweep round to below Prainha where high cliffs give spectacular views. A lift for residents allows travel down to the foot of the cliffs to the Canico restaurant & bar (one of 5 on site) which overlooks a small beach that is cut off by the sea at high tide. There is a cliff top pool, a hotel pool and supermarket on site. The hotel can arrange activities such as golf at the nearby Alto Club or tennis on site. The hotel has a health & beauty spa which incudes an indoor pool.

A 10% deposit to book and remainder paid in full 8 weeks before travel. Payment by cheque / Paypal / or BACS transfer. Changeover DayChangeover day Thursdays. Bookings can be for full weeks only from mid June to end September. At other times we can offer different durations depending on other bookings.OutsideShort 3-4 min walk to beach. 5 restaurants on site together with supermarket. A health spa in main hotel with indoor pool, jacuzzi, steam & sauna rooms. Two outdoor pools, one on the cliff top and one by the hotel. Tennis courts available to hire, racquets and balls in the apartment. Internet access from hotel. Europcar office on site.BeachThe sandy beach stretches from Alvor around to Prainha where high sandstone cliffs produce several coves. There are many bars and restaurants on the beaches.Distance to shopsIt is 3-4 minutes to Alvor in a car, if walking it will take 15/20 mins either on the road or along the beach. There is a supermarket on site.DirectionsThe motorway from Faro airport to Alvor takes less than an hour. The Prainha complex is very easy to find and directions will be forwarded.More Information
Availability: Check Availability Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with twin beds and remote control air conditioning. Living room with two sofa beds. There is a travel cot but you will need to bring bedding for it. A safe is available in the bedroom which can be rented through the hotel reception. Bathrooms: Bathroom with bath/shower, wc, bidet Kitchen: Kitchen is equipped with gas hob, electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine and microwave oven. Living Rooms: Living room has two sofa beds suitable for children only. Cable TV, dining table and electric heater. The glass sliding door opens onto a veranda with two chairs and small table. Large rooftop terrace has table & seating, sun loungers and umbrellas. Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Towels & linen are included and changed once a week when the maid cleans.
