Casa Da Familia is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa sleeping 8.  Located in a small quiet cul de sac with other private family homes and all amenities within walking distance.  The sun terrace surrounds the swimming pool with steps at the shallow end which is ideal for children, the steps also contains a "Bubble" seat.  The pretty garden is totally enclosed and has a waterfall/rockery feature and a large BBQ together with lawned areas.  The gardener/handyman regularly visits to ensure that the swimming pool is well maintained and the garden is kept to a good standard.

Conditions

Price includes maid service, linen and towel change weekly. 

10% non refundable deposit payable at time of booking, then remainder 8 weeks prior to date of travel.  Terms and conditions apply which will be sent on request or when deposit has been received.

Changeover Day

Normally changeover days on a Saturday.  Access to the villa after 2pm and departing from the villa is 10.30 am due to other guests arriving and departing and people accessing the villa to clean.

There is no diving allowed into any part of the swimming pool and children really must be supervised even in the bubble pool end.

There is a small mini market 5 minutes walk,  or 15 minutes walk into the village of Alvor.  There is a larger supermarket at the Retail Park 15 minutes drive.

Faro airport is 70 km (approx 45 min drive) and directions will be sent.
