Casa Da Familia is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa sleeping 8.  Located in a small quiet cul de sac with other private family homes and all amenities within walking distance.  The sun terrace surrounds the swimming pool with steps at the shallow end which is ideal for children, the steps also contains a "Bubble" seat.  The pretty garden is totally enclosed and has a waterfall/rockery feature and a large BBQ together with lawned areas.  The gardener/handyman regularly visits to ensure that the swimming pool is well maintained and the garden is kept to a good standard.

Prices are in pounds sterling

10% non refundable deposit payable at time of booking, then remainder 10 weeks prior to date of travel.

Weekly maid service to provide clean linen and towels.

Any breakages should be either paid for or replaced.

Changeover Day

Saturdays/Sundays preferred in the high season.
Access to the villa after 2pm and departing from the villa is 10.30 am due to other guests arriving and departing and people accessing the villa to clean.

Balcony / terrace.  Private outdoor pool (unheated).  Private garden.  BBQ
There is no diving allowed into any part of the swimming pool and children really must be supervised even in the bubble pool end.

Distance to shops

There is a small mini market 5 minutes walk,  or 15 minutes walk into the village of Alvor.  There is a larger supermarket at the Retail Park 15 minutes drive.

Faro airport is 70 km (approx 45 min drive) and directions will be sent.
