Very spacious 3 bedroom apartment on two floors with south westerly facing terraces, newly installed air-conditioning throughout. Situated close to the pool in a superb resort with landscaped gardens. Ideally located being a five minute stroll to the lovely fishing village of Alvor with restaurants, harbour, promenade and boardwalk.
Alto Club has beautiful landscaped gardens, immaculately kept, large outdoor pool and children’s pool, indoor heated pool, sauna, tennis courts, gymnasium, shuffleboard and children's playground, Thyme by Ruccula restaurant and Pool bar.
The facilities are open all year round except for the pool bar which only opens from May to October.

Electricity is not included. The meter will be read on arrival and departure and charged accordingly.
€150 will be held as security deposit for electricity and key.
Rates do not include the local Portimoa TOURIST TAX payable by guests aged 13 years and over. €1 per night and per person up to a maximum value of 7 consecutive nights per stay/person, between November 1st and March 31st. €2 per night and per person up to a maximum value of 7 consecutive nights stay/person, between April 1st and October 31st.

Departures 10am - arrivals 4pm. Times of arrival and departure can be flexible subject to advance notice and at the owners discretion.

18 hole Golf course is on a separate site just over a mile from the Country Club, designed by Sir Henry Cotton and providing enjoyment for players of all levels.
Five minute stroll from pedestrian gate at the resort into the village.
Faro airport is 45 minutes drive. A car is not necessary when staying at the Alto Country Club. Airport transfers can be arranged or cars hire at competitive rates through the resort.
Taxis are not expensive and buses run frequently to surroundings areas
Direction to 38D from reception turn left, at the top of the hill turn right and block 38 is the second block on the left. 38d is accessed by steps to the first floor at the rear of the building.
