The apartment is located in a prime position within the beautiful, landscaped gardens of Alto Country Club. The spacious apartment has an extensive lounge/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en-suite). Both bathrooms have recently been refurbished with walk-in showers. The apartment has a large south facing terrace and gets the sun from lunchtime until sunset. The apartment is fully equipped and has air conditioning Wi-Fi, smart TV, stereo system and a safe to allow for a relaxing holiday. The master bedroom has recently been upgraded.

5 minute stroll into the lovely village of Alvor with many shops, bars, restaurants and cafés.

10 minute walk to the harbour with promenade and start of 3 mile boardwalk around Alvor Bay & sand dunes running parallel to the stunning long white sandy beach.

Conditions

Prices based on 4 persons sharing, and includes bed linen, towels, beach towels, electricity and water. A weekly linen/towel change and clean is included. Additional cleaning is available at extra cost.

Prices are in EURO and based on 7 nights 20% deposit on booking and balance due 6 weeks before arrival.

NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed.

When making an enquiry please state the number of adults and children and the ages of the children. All bookings made since March’24 are subject to the Portimão tourist tax payable by guests aged 13 years and older. The rates are €1 per night and per person up to a maximum value of 7 consecutive nights per stay/person, between November 1st and the 31st March. €2 per night and per person up to a maximum value of 7 consecutive nights per stay/person, between April 1st and 31st October.  

Changeover Day

PREFERABLY Saturday/Sunday but we are flexible, outside of July and August.

 Departure 10.00am – Arrivals 4pm.

Accommodation

Bedrooms	Two bedrooms (Master Bedroom recently upgraded), both with twin beds fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. Master Bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and patio door leading onto balcony. A safe and hairdryer are available.
Bathrooms	Two bathrooms including an en-suite bathroom in the Master Bedroom with walk in showers in both bathrooms. Both bathrooms refurbished in’24.
Kitchen	Fully equipped kitchen with hob & oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer, and Nespresso coffee machine. All utensils provided.
Living rooms	Spacious open plan lounge / dining area leading to large terrace. Seating for 6 with large 3 seater settee and 2 seater settee, dining table with seating for 6.  Sony flatscreen TV with Sky Sports/Movies, ITV, BBC and other stations.  There is also a DVD player and a Sony radio/CD/ Bluetooth system. Large terrace with access from lounge and master bedroom, equipped with large outdoor dining table & 6 chairs and 2 sun loungers.
Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service	Maid service to include one weekly clean, towel and linen change.  All linen, towels and separate beach towels provided. Additional cleaning at extra cost.

Directions

Faro airport is 45 minutes drive.  A car is not necessary when staying at the Alto Country Club.  Airport transfers can be arranged or car hire at competitive rates through the resort.

Taxis are not expensive and buses run frequently to surroundings areas

To reach apartment 38E, from reception turn left, at the top of the hill turn right and block 38 is the second block on your left. 38E is the first corner apartment as you climb the steps to the left of the block.

Alto golf course is 2 km from the resort, designed by Sir Henry Cotton and residents receive discounted rates.
