Prices based on up to 4 persons sharing. When enquiring, please state number of people staying and ages of children.

Prices are for property per week in EUROS. 20% Deposit on booking, balance due 10 weeks before departure.

Price includes weekly maid service, linen and towel change, electricity and water.  Welcome pack of provisions.

No smoking.

Preferably Saturdays but we are flexible.

Bedrooms	Two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and equipped with air conditioning, heaters and hairdryer.  Small safe available.
Bathrooms	Two bathrooms (one en-suite) with bath, shower and wc.
Kitchen	Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob & oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer and Nespresso Coffee machine.
Living rooms	Spacious open plan lounge / dining area leading to large terrace. Two Large settee’s, dining table with seating for 6.  Flatscreen TV which provides UK terrestrial and satellite news. Large terrace with access from lounge, equipped with large outdoor dining table with 6 chairs and 2 sun loungers.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service	Weekly maid service to include complete linen change.  All linen, bath towels and separate pool towels provided.

Directions

Faro airport is 45 minutes drive.  A car is not necessary when staying at the Alto Country Club.  Airport transfers can be arranged or cars hire at competitive rates through the resort.

Taxis are not expensive and buses run frequently to surroundings areas

To reach apartment 30B, from reception turn continue down the hill. Block 30 is the second block on your left, the apartment is up the stairs and to the left. To access underground parking, continue down the hill and turn left – following the road along to the end. Parking for 30B is indicated above the parking bay.

Alto golf course is 2 km from the resort, designed by Sir Henry Cotton residents receive discounted rates.
