Conditions

Prices based on up to a maximum of 4 persons sharing (including children). When enquiring, please state number of people staying and ages of children.

Prices are for property per week in UK pounds. 20% Deposit on booking, balance due 10 weeks before departure.

Price includes weekly maid service, electricity and water. Non smoking property.

Rates do not include local tourist tax that is payable by guests aged 13 or over - 1€ per person per night (max 7 nights) between 1^st November and 31^st March and 2€ per person per night (max 7 nights) between 1^st April and 31^st October.

Changeover Day

Preferably Saturdays but we are flexible.

Departure 10.00am – Arrivals 3pm

Directions

Faro airport is 45 minutes drive.  A car is not necessary when staying at the Alto Country Club.  Airport transfers can be arranged or car hire at competitive rates through the resort.

Taxis are not expensive and buses run frequently to surrounding areas.

To reach apartment 36C, from reception turn left, block 36 is then facing you at the top ofthe hill.  36C is accessed by steps at the rear.

Alto golf course is 2km from the resort, designed by Sir Henry Cotton.  Residents receive discounted rates.
