Conditions

Prices based on up to 4 persons sharing. When enquiring, please state number of people staying and ages of children. As this is a first-floor apartment, we recommend that children are never left unattended on the balcony.

Prices are for the property per week in Euros. 20% Deposit on booking, balance due 10 weeks before arrival.

Price includes weekly maid service, linen and towel change, electricity and water. Welcome pack of provisions.

No smoking.

Bedrooms	Two bedrooms, one with king-size bed and one with twin beds, both with new air-conditioning, large fitted wardrobes with lots of hanging space, and hairdryer.

Kitchen	Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic induction hob & fan oven, washing machine, new dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and Nespresso Coffee machine.
Living rooms	Spacious open plan air-conditioned lounge / dining area leading to large terrace. Dining table with seating for 6, and lounge area with 2 large matching sofas. New large Flatscreen SMART TV with UK/Irish terrestrial channels, MEO cable TV, (Netflix, Disney, Apple - own subscription needed), DVD.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service	Weekly maid services to include complete linen & towel change. Bath towels and separate pool towels provided.

Outside

Large terrace with access from lounge and master bedroom, equipped with contemporary outdoor dining table and 8 chairs. 2 sun loungers, sun parasol and a further 2 chairs and low-level table. The perfect place for relaxing, sundowners and sunsets!

A further private table and two chairs at the entrance to the apartment provides for early morning tea and coffee in the sun.

Beach

The resort is 10 minutes walk to the beautiful long sandy beach or 5 minutes by car to beach-side car parking. As an Alto guest there are shades and sun loungers (1 shade and 2 sun loungers per apartment) at Restinga Beach area on Alvor beach (subject to availability).

Distance to shops

Thyme Restaurant is a 1 minute walk from the apartment and it is just 5 minutes walk to the village of Alvor, with its extensive choice of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops.

Directions

Faro airport is 45 minutes’ drive. A car is not necessary when staying at the Alto Country Club. Airport transfers taxi can be arranged and we can recommend car hire companies at competitive rates.
