Two-storey apartment with large roof terrace located 7 minutes walk from the beach and in the centre of the charming fishing village of Alvor (less than one hour driving from Faro airport). Sleeps up to 5 (two double beds plus sofa bed facility).

This spacious, light and fully refurbished apartment has an open-plan living area with a joint fully equipped kitchenette. It has air conditioning throughout and a very spacious and inviting roof terrace with barvecue and sink, ideal for those balmy, lazy summer evenings.

The apartment is conveniently located in the heart of Alvor near the church, minutes away from the main pedestrian road and restaurant/bar area, yet in a calm secluded area.

A short walk to both the promenade with a row of cafés and the boardwalk around Alvor Bay and sand dunes running parallel to the beautiful long white sandy beach.

Conditions

Prices based on up to 4 persons sharing. Price for additional person Euros 75.00 per week. When enquiring, please state number of people staying and ages of children.

Prices are for property per week in Euros. 20% Deposit on booking, balance due 10 weeks before arrival. Please kindly check the availability calendar before booking.

Prices include weekly linen and towel change, Wi-Fi, electricity and water.  

Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. 

For longer winter stays special rates are available.

Check-out 10.00am – Check-in 15:00, negotiable if no prior booking.

Directions from Faro airport

Faro airport is 45 minutes drive. A car is not necessary when staying at the apartment, which is located right in the centre of the village.  

Taxis are not expensive and buses run frequently to surroundings areas.
