Clube Alvor Ria is a modern complex overlooking the harbour in the village of Alvor. The apartment is on the raised ground floor of block A. The complex has an outdoor dip pool, large sun terrace and the apartment has an assigned space in the secure underground car park. For golf enthusiasts, Alto Golf and the championship course at Penina are 5-10 minutes’ drive. The long sandy beach, which boasts various eateries, is within sight and the fishing village of Alvor, with shops, restaurants and supermarket, is directly next to the complex. The Municipal sports complex, with indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, skate-boarding and hydrotherapy baths is opposite the complex.

Prices are for the property per week in EUROS for 2 adults. For an additional person EUR 75,00 per week. 25% deposit on booking, balance due 10 weeks before arrival (including a damage deposit of EUR 150,00, to be reimbursed after departure). Electricity, gas and water included. Cleaning & linen change for stays of two weeks or more at the end of each week. Additional maid service can be arranged at extra cost.
The complex is accessible only by electronic remote control/tag (supplied on arrival). Note: remote/tag must be surrendered on departure, failure to do so will result in charge for replacement (security deposit may be required, refundable on return of remote/tag).
Arrival after 3pm, departure 10am. Changeover day flexible to suit your flights. Meet and greet by local representative.

Alvor beach is approximately 500m away, and there is also an extensive wooden boardwalk, ideal for short or long strolls and bird watching with many species to be seen.
Alto Golf and the championship course at Penina are 5 minutes by car. Other courses (Morgado, Boa Vista, Silves, etc.) are within easy reach.
The mini-market in the centre of the village is an easy 5 minutes’ walk.
A larger supermarket is about 10 minutes’ walk and there are many small grocery stores and other shops in the village. There are multiple shopping malls in Portimão, all with free parking, several of which are on bus routes from the village.
The taxi rank and main bus stop are located on the main approach to the village.
There is a very large selection of restaurants in Alvor, almost all of which are within a few minutes’ walk.
Many guests hire a car and pick it up at the airport. There are also multiple options for taxi/minibus transfers to Alvor and several car-hire outlets in the village, where you can hire a car for the days you need it. This saves the hassle of queuing up for a car at the airport (and returning it on departure). A car is only really necessary if you plan to visit places other than Alvor.

On leaving the airport go straight along the dual carriageway for about 1.5Km, then take the exit (on your right!) sign-posted A22 Lisboa/Albufeira/Portimão. You will then join another dual carriageway through a commercial area. After about 3Km keep left, following signs A22 Portimão. Carry on for another 2Km and take an exit to the right signposted A22 Portimão/Lisboa. You are now on the A22 motorway heading West. Stay on this motorway for approximately 30 minutes and exit at junction 4 for Alvor.
Follow signs to Alvor and at the main roundabout (bus stop and taxi rank on right), go straight over, keeping the Farmácia on your left. Take the second road on the right (you have right of way but beware of vehicles coming from straight ahead). Go straight over the next (oval-shaped) roundabout and then turn right with the tennis courts in front of you. Cross another roundabout and Clube Alvor Ria is on your right.
