Conditions

Prices based on up to 6 persons sharing. Sleeps 6.  When enquiring, please state number of people staying and ages of children. Cot available.

Prices are for property per week in UK pounds. 20% Deposit on booking, balance due 10 weeks before departure.

Damage deposit of £250 payable.

Weekly maid service, linen and towel change £50, electricity and water included.  Welcome pack of provisions.

No smoking. No pets.

Changeover Day

Preferably Saturdays but we are flexible.

Departure 10.00am – Arrivals from 4pm

Accommodation

Bedrooms	Three bedrooms, master (en-suite) bedroom & third bedroom with double beds, and second bedroom with twin beds. Tv in each bedroom.
Bathrooms	Two bathrooms, one en-suite with bath and shower attachment, second bathroom with walk-in shower.
Kitchen	Fully equipped kitchen with hob & oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer and Coffee machine.
Living room	Large TV in lounge area with English and Portuguese channels. Free WiFi .  Dining area (to seat 8) on part of the veranda, which can be closed off with sliding glass doors.
Outside Area	BBQ, outside sink, drinks fridge and washing machine.Varanda with sofa and chairs.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service	Weekly maid service to include complete linen change.  All linen, bath towels and separate pool towels provided.
Amenities/facilities	All utilities included.  Driveway parking

Sun loungers on the grass overlooking private lit & heated pool with isolation cover and outdoor shower. On the lower level of the garden there is a second BBQ and table and chairs.

Beach

Beautiful long white sandy beach 15 minutes by car.

Distance to shops

15 minutes to the village of Alvor by car, or mini market within 1km.

Directions from Faro airport

Faro airport is a 45 minute drive.  A car is necessary when staying at Monte Canelas.

Taxis are not expensive and buses run within the area.

Penina golf course is 10 minutes drive away.  Close to the Algarve International and Kart Circuit, Slide and Splash water park 18 minutes drive.
